What’s a Residents Association (RA)?

Many communities have a RA—an organization that helps neighbours feel a sense of belonging. The RA facility (the Social House) is built in the heart of the community to inspire healthy, active lifestyles. Every resident of Chappelle Gardens, from babies to seniors, can connect to enjoy signature programming and events at the Social House.

The association’s primary role is to support the operations of the RA facility, such as the Social House in Chappelle Gardens. It also enhances maintenance throughout the community and is a not-for-profit organization.

What’s the role of a RA?

The RA is a catalyst for community engagement. As Chappelle Gardens grows, our RA will continue to support the vision and needs of our residents. Every resident is automatically a member of the Chappelle Gardens RA, and volunteer residents sit on the governing Board of Directors.

    RA annual fees

    Every home in Chappelle Gardens pays fees of approximately $400 per year to the Residents Association. You can find answers to any questions, including those about fees, on our community RA website.
